Another idea I gleaned from one of MANY Pinterest posts… fill your kid’s room with balloons on the eve of her birthday as she sleeps. Imagine the excitement when she wakes up and sees the balloon wonderland!
Bob and I used the air compressor to blow up 100 balloons. We actually blew them up a couple of days before her birthday and kept them hidden in (several) large contractor trash bags in the basement. After she was sound asleep the night before her birthday, we opened her door and sent balloon after balloon into her room.
It was a success!
